Byron's Blend

Byron's Blend combines washed and natural-process Maracaturra coffees from Nicaragua for a light-roast cup with notable sweetness, richness and depth. The unusually large Maracaturra beans contribute to the blend’s distinctive character and full, expressive flavor.

This light-roast Maracaturra coffee comes from the Corrales family, with whom Thanksgiving Coffee has worked across three generations. Farmer Byron Corrales has been recognized for his work with Maracaturra and for applying biodynamic farming practices to coffee production.

Available in 12 oz and 5 lb bags, Byron's Blend can be ordered whole bean or ground for auto drip, French press, espresso or Turkish preparation, making it especially versatile for home brewing as well as larger-volume coffee customers.
